These skills help us to find patterns and explore relationships, design experiments and make models.  Children with the potential to be gifted can identify different ways of solving problems.  They learn to evaluate their own work and that of others in a very insightful way.

Number Shark is a mathematical programme installed on all our laptops and computers, it is used throughout the school and enjoyed by children in every year group. It enables pupils to practise different numeracy skills in a fun way through games and challenges, while allowing individuals progress to be monitored by staff so targets can be set.
